Lekky Express Loans — Terms & Conditions

1. Interest Rate: Our interest rate is 10% of the borrowed amount per month. A month is 30 days from the date of disbursement.

2. Processing Fee: A non-refundable processing fee of 2.5% of the borrowed amount is charged at the time of disbursement.

3. Default Fee: In the event of a default, a fee of ₦250,000 will be charged on the outstanding interest of any borrowed amount.

4. Disbursement: Funds can only be disbursed to applicants whose full names exactly match the names on their bank accounts.

5. Background Check: By submitting this application, you consent to Lightup Concepts running a background check on your credit history with third-party institutions.

6. Accuracy of Information: Any applicant found to have submitted false or misleading information shall face immediate rejection and potential legal action.

7. Collateral: Collateral submitted for loan security must be free from encumbrance and owned outright by the applicant.
